• The Hilton Vancouver does not offer airport shuttle service.

PARKING:

• If you are not staying at the Hilton Vancouver you will find parking available at the Vancouver Center Park-n-Go located on 6th Street.
• Friday and Saturday parking is available from 6AM to Midnight. Weekday rates are: .50c per hour,
• $5.50 day till close, $1.50 weekend.
• Payment stations accept cash or credit.

DIRECTIONS

• Remember - Friday Traffic is BAD! All guests staying at the Hilton Vancouver Washington: Please register in the hotel lobby to retrieve a key for the parking garage. Hotel is on the SW corner of 6th and Columbia.
• Traveling South on Interstate 5: Take the City Center exit, #1C, Vancouver, Washington. Turn right onto Mill Plain Blvd. (becomes 15th street). Turn left onto Columbia Street.
• Traveling North on Interstate 5: Take Interstate 5 through Portland and over the Interstate Bridge into Washington. Take the second exit, #1B, after the bridge, following the City Center signs. Turn left, follow the signs to 6th Street.
• From PDX: Follow the signs to Interstate 205 North. Get on I-205 North, going over the Glen Jackson bridge into Washington. Take the first exit onto Highway 14 West, towards Vancouver. Stay on Hwy. 14 for approx. 7 miles. Follow the signs into City Center (center lane). Turn left, follow the signs to 6th Street.

CONDUCT & FINES

• Honor and Respect for the Integrity of Martial Arts is required for ALL in attendance at the Pacific Jewel.
• ANY and ALL behavior, i.e.:
  1. Swearing, etc.: $25.00 fine for EACH word.
  2. Unauthorized entry onto competition floor: (3 strike rule!)
  3. Crossing (over/under) barriers to access competition floor.
  4. Arguing with tournament staff, referees and/or arbitrators will promptly call for fines listed in the SKITA rulebook,

You are cordially invited to attend the 14th annual Pacific Jewel Nationals on May 7-8, 2010 in the beautiful city of VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON, USA. For the 4th year, we are proud to host this National Blackbelt League event at the Hilton Vancouver Hotel.

The Pacific Jewel is a National Blackbelt League Western Pacific -WestPac- National Conference and Pacific Northwest Regional Conference "AAA" 21 Points for the competing Blackbelt and SKIL "AAA" 24 Points for the Underbelt and Amatuer Blackbelt competitors. Along with the Golden Gate Internationals and the Battle Of The Champions, the WestPac Team is confident that all of our loyal supporters and newcomers alike will have a rewarding experience at the 3 WestPac events! New this year - the PJN is double sanctioned with the PanAm National Conference along with the Mexican Open in Acapulco, Mexico! Additionally, there are FIVE NEW Regional events added to the NBL's West Coast schedule giving you even more opportunities for awesome Sport Karate experiences!

We are excited to be working with Tiger Claw again and to have SportMartialArts.com cover the PJN for the 6th year! We also would like to welcome BlitzKick to the team this year!
